Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Superquotes website located at getsuperquotes.com ("Site") and any related services offered by Superquotes ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
Superquotes is a lead generation service that connects Florida residents with licensed insurance professionals at David Moskowitz Insurance Agency, LLC. We are not a licensed insurance company or insurance agency.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information through any form on the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
- Use any automated means, including bots or scrapers, to access or collect data from the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Quote Request Submissions
By submitting a quote request through our Site, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The information you provide will be shared with David Moskowitz Insurance Agency, LLC, a licensed Florida insurance agency, for the purpose of providing you with an insurance quote
- A licensed insurance agent may contact you by phone, text, or email at the information you provide
- Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to purchase any insurance product
- Superquotes does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or terms of any insurance product
- You are at least 18 years of age
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Consent
By submitting a quote request on our Site, you provide express written consent to be contacted by Superquotes and David Moskowitz Insurance Agency, LLC, including by telephone (call and/or text message) for marketing and telemarketing purposes at the phone number you provided, even if your number is listed on a Do Not Call Registry. Such contact may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Standard call, text message, and data rates may apply. You may revoke your consent at any time. Your agreement to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may call 1-407-613-5099 to speak with someone about obtaining an insurance quote without providing this consent.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Superquotes and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SUPERQUOTES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insurance quotes, rates, or coverage information provided through or in connection with the Site.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERQUOTES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.
Arbitration Agreement
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights. You and Superquotes agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in a court of law. You waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Seminole County, Florida. This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims that may be brought in small claims court.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Superquotes has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
